- Management Development Programme: It is carried out once a year usually in June for Front office Managers and general Managers in the industry.
FRONT OFFICE OPERATIONS COURSE (FULL-TIME)
This is a one- and - half year programme that prepares students to effectively work as Receptionists, Guest Relations officers, Reservation Agents, Cashiers and Night auditors. During training students undergo extensive practical training at both the college and its application hotel-Utalii Hotel. The course also includes a compulsory three months industrial attachment at the end of the course.
After Graduating, students are expected to work in the various sections of the Front Office. Reception, Cashiering. Guest Relations. Switchboard and Night
