This is a one- and - half year programme covering all aspects of Food and Beverage Service and Sales Techniques. The students are exposed to all types of restaurant Service, Bar Operations in addition to theoretical learning. This course entails intensive Practical training at both the College's demostration Restaurant, Industrial Placement (IP) in other Hotels and its application Hotel-Utalii Hotel.

Minimum Requirements for Admission:

KCSE Candidates:

  • Aggregate C-(Minus) K.C.S.E
  • In addition, the indicated minimum grades in the following subjects; English Language C-(Minus) A foreign Language is an added advantage.
  • Age: 18 - 30 years

International Candidates:

  • Aggregate: GCE, IGCE, IB Other internationally recognized certificates. 3rd Division O Level, or equivalent with a credit in English Language and a pass in Mathematics.
